Dental Treatment Coordinator Job Template

You can post a dental treatment coordinator and get plenty of applicants. But the trick is to get qualified dental treatment coordinators to apply.

Few tricks to this.

#1 – Keep job titles simple. The Dental Treatment Coordinator works great if you are looking to hire anyone is above a receptionist or hygiene coordinator but below an office manager. So if you need to hire any of these positions:

  • Patient Care Coordinator
  • Dental Financial Coordinator
  • Dental Insurance Coordinator
  • Dental Front Office Coordinator
  • or anything similar to that

I suggest you use Dental Treatment Coordinator (or the Dental Front Office job title works well too) as the job title and then you can explain further in the job post. Something like this “Our Dental Practice is looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our practice as our Patient Care Coordinator.” And then proceed with listing the benefits and duties.

#2 – If they need to have experience – make that clear – Put big and bold somewhere on the post that they ***MUST HAVE DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATING EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.***

#3 – Attract the good ones with great pay and benefits – and then make sure those are big and bold up at the top.
