What is a Priority Job?
A priority job is an upgrade option that notifies us to tell Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and the other job boards* we work with that we need to hire for this position fast! So we sponsor your job on those job boards, and they put your job in front of as many applicants as quickly as possible.
Why should I prioritize my job?
The biggest reason to prioritize your job is so you can get more applicants for your job fast. If you aren’t in a rush to hire, then this is not a worthwhile option for you.
Why should I prioritize with you and not sponsor directly on Indeed or Ziprecruiter?
Simple. Cost. We spend a lot of money with Indeed and Ziprecruiter, so we get more bang for our buck, and then we pass those savings on to you. We also filter all candidates right to your DirectDental dashboard, so you don’t have to jump around from job board to job board to find your applicants.
How do I get the most out of a Priority Job?
Make sure you have a great job post. Please don’t prioritize a job with 2 sentences. It will be a waste of money. Instead, follow these tips to optimize your job post for the job board.
How do I make my job a priority?
When you publish a job on DirectDental, you will see this little box in the upper right corner of the screen.
Click it and follow the prompts.
Once your purchase is complete, our system will send your job to Indeed, Ziprecruiter, and other boards and get it sponsored properly to ensure a quick turnaround on applicants.
What if I don’t have time to write a great job post or follow up with candidates?
Not a problem. We offer our Boosted or Full Service job posts, where we write your post, sponsor your post on the job boards and actively market it to candidates. With the Full-Service option, we will interview candidates and schedule them to interview with you if we like what we hear.
